Quick thoughts

Got banned after 2 days before I can redeem. After messaging them a couple times they tell me I was banned but never said why. Then after messaging them asking why I was banned and filing with BBB, I get this email from them:

"We took the aforementioned action after reviewing the accuracy and attentiveness of your account activity. As a renowned market research provider, we take the validity of our research data very seriously and needed to take steps to address the matter.

We appreciate your time on our panel but, as previously stated, we unfortunately have no option other than to permanently suspend your account. Thank you for your understanding."

This is a joke, they make you wait 3 days to redeem, but ban you before you get that opportunity.
