Quick thoughts is a scam at this point?

Day 2 of doing quickthoughts and I went to get my Amazon gift card. App said there was a problem and to contact support, then logged me out and kept saying "network error" when I tried to log back in, which is b.s. cuz I have great wifi.

Is this the infamous account banning I've been reading about? Does anybody ever get their accounts back and actually get to have their amazon cards?
