Profilic Assistant not working?
It was working fine for a day or two. Now it either shows a red exclamation mark, ERR or normal. Even though it shows normal I'm not sure if it's actually working because in a while it'll go back to ERR. I haven't got notifications for studies in a while. Is this normal? Is this week slow or something? How can I fix the ERR? I was told to set the check interval to 61 but I'm not sure if it did anything.
