MobilePoints a scam? Are there other alternatives?

Hi everyone, I've been doing MobilePoints tasks, which are basically installing games and getting to certain levels, so they give you a certain amount of points and then you can redeem via Paypal. The curious thing is that although I have around 10 referrals and I did the last task necessary to get payout, the app doesn't update the number of points, meaning, I'm locked. Did someone get any luck with this site? Is this a known scam? Are there any other apps that do the same but are legit?
