Apps you would recommend for people not living in the US?

Currently I'm living in South America and would like to know if there's any sites that pay via PayPal without issues about me not living in USA. I've been browsing this sub a bit (I'm a long time lurker of Reddit, very new at actually using it) and it seems most pay sites work only if you live in the United States. Any suggestions and recs would be much appreciated. If you personally use the sites I can use your referral links.
