Quickthoughts mailing address

So I sent my W9 to Quickthoughts weeks ago only for it to be returned to sender. Is this not the correct address:

Shelton,CT 06484

That is the address they sent to me by email. I just want to get this sorted out so I can cash out the money I got in there.
