Prolific study says returned

Second time now I've had a study say returned when I never did such. The first time I let it go but this time I'm wondering what the deal is. I'm 100% sure I did not hit return in fact I don't even see why that is an option. Has this happened to anyone else? Both surveys happened to be worth several bucks. Thanks guys.
