Job Spotter Gift card redemption Delay?

Dear All, thank you for reading this. I accumulated over $150 on Job Spotter and proceed to redeem the gift card on 7/14. Today is 7/26 and I haven't received my gift card voucher and is getting very worried.

Doest anyone ever experienced this kind of delay? Also, is there some kind of service email that Job Spotter have?
