I've had enough of KeepRewarding already

So, a few weeks ago, I posted my issue with KeepRewarding locking my Hideout.tv points. That got resolved, and I was informed that I should contact support to expedite the rewards approval process. Alright whatever.

June 28th, I cashed out $10 to PayPal, and it states on their reward page that cashouts require 7 working days for it to be processed. Fine. Except, to this day (11 business days after I requested cashout), I still haven't been given my reward.

I messaged support about this on the 11th, 9 working days after I cashed out. I just checked again, after I noticed I haven't been paid still, and support responded to my ticket the same day, claiming I was "well informed" there was going to be a delay.

Ummm, no. I was not.

I checked my email, and have not received a single email from them since my initial confirmation email when I signed up. I also have no messages in my inbox on the website, so I'm not sure what they're smoking, but I was NOT informed there was going to be a delay.

Waiting 2+ weeks to get my money AND receiving that response from support when I ask what's going on, because they cannot honor what they state on their website, on top of having to message support because my hideout points get locked up for a month because I wait to redeem them until I have a significant amount to redeem; I'm done.

At this rate, the other cashout I requested on July 11th will likely land in my account sometime in August, unless this post reaches them and they miraculously expedite the entire process (I'm not holding my breath, and don't really care).

This website does not strike me as a professional website, unlike it's competitors, particularly after that response from support. KeepRewarding, you can keep your higher hideout.tv cashout gimmick (which is literally the only reason I ever bothered signing up for this website), I'll stick to a website that is professional and expedient, like Earnably, even at the cost of a buck or two per cashout.
