Issues with Koinme

Honestly, with the lack of communication and how extremely ridiculous that we have to wait a couple of months to receive our rewards instead of the promised 'certain date' they mentioned on their website, what now? I'm still waiting for my rewards since May. Some are waiting for their's since February. Some haven't received their exact reward but instead received either a used code or lesser value of the rewarded they actually redeemed for. Then you contact them by using their "Contact Us" button they have right on their front page, type a message, wait a bit then you realized it's a waste of time because they aren't going to respond. Next you try to go to the specific subreddit, noticed there's (or was) a user out there who has contacts with them, giving us an indicator when the next reward date is. But some time later, that communication was cut off. So next up you check out their discord that supposedly has a representative from Koinme, then realized that won't work out because he ditched and hasn't come back to respond to issues.

My question is: is it time to put this on the scammer's list and tell people to avoid this website or should we keep waiting and see whether our rewards will show up in our emails?
