Is it possible to stack Bank accounts that earn cashback on debit (Aspiration, Empower, etc. ) with other cashback apps (Pei, drop, hooch, etc.)

Are you able to sign up to one of these banks, say Aspiration or Empower for example, in which the debit card gives cashback, and then link that card to other cashback apps such as Pei or Drop or Hooch? Or is there a conflict of interest?
