How Do You Track Earnings?

Hey, so I'm new to this and I'm just trying to see how much I can make a month with the beer money sites. So far I've been making around $10 extra a month just from not taking it seriously, and I've already doubled my earnings for this month just in a few days of really getting into a routine with it.

I was wondering how to go about tracking though. I got stumped trying to figure out how to track Fetch earnings or any other point system, since I don't wanna cash out extremely low and may not cash out by the end of the month. Do I just put in the value the points add up to? Or do I roll over those points into the next month and add it to that's month's earnings when I DO cash out? And what do you do with referral points?

Sorry if this is a dumb question, just a tad bit confused. I just wanted to track since I'm a broke college student and I want to see if I can make this a nice little side hustle (my goal is at least $60 a month by the end of the summer to pay for gas between going home and stuff).
