Help with PayTime?

Hi all! After seeing a lot about paytime I signed up last month and earned my $10 subscription! I got an email that my card was “sent” but when I try to access online I only have the SAN number and not an “access code”

Has anyone else had this issue or could tell me how they accessed their card/funds?
