Google Rewards to Paypal

My Paypal email and Google rewards email are same.

I linked Paypal to Google rewards more than a month ago.

I have received $3.5 (AUD) through Google rewards since then.

But still not a cent was transferred to Paypal account. As per this link - https://support.google.com/opinionrewards/answer/7378183?hl=en everytime $2 or more is accumulated in my account, I should get that in my Paypal account.

Is there something I am missing?
