Captcha Solving Software Sites

Looking for information on those captcha solving sites.. Sites like 2captcha, Kolotibablo, hcaptcha etc..

Questions are:

1) Does anyone know what software they use (Looking to setup my own site)

2) Where does their inventory come from (Who pays THE SITES to do the captchas)

I have a ton of users that does captchas (Tons) for small amounts of money. I am looking to eliminate the middle man and setup my own site if thats possible (If there's software out there and I can understand better).
