Are there any sites i can use to instantly sell csgo skins for bitcoins?

I have 21 euros in bitcoin. There's an atm near me and i want to sell them there for real money. I went there yesterday, but i found out i needed 1.85usd more to be able to withdraw 20 euros. I have a few csgo skins i could sell. I tried selling them on skins.cash, but in order to get bitcoin from there you need to sell something with higher value than 20 usd. Are there any sites like skins.cash that dont have a minimum amount you can withdraw?
