Anyone ever this the happen with Drop?

In the Drop app I can do anything except tap on “My Offers.” If I do it goes to a blank white screen as you can see in the video.

I sent a support request to Drop on 6/30 but have not heard anything back. I tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling. I even downloaded the app on my wife’s phone and sure enough it did it on hers too. Anyone ever seen this or know how to fix?
