Anyone else having trouble cashing out on Attently Audience?

It's been working well for me so far and I've cashed out several times already. Today, the cash out button in both the extension and the dashboard page just don't seem to be processing. I've done all the usual cleaning out of data, restarting Chrome, etc. I don't think I'm banned since I'm still earning, just can't cash out. I'm about to contact support and can report back here if anyone wants. Thanks all!
