Redeemed an Amazon Card on PrizeRebel, but Amazon says the card was already redeemed on another account. Anyone else experience this?

I just redeemed several $2 Amazon cards on PrizeRebel, none had any problems with them except the most recent one I've just redeemed. When I attempted to redeem it on Amazon, Amazon says the code was already redeemed on a different account. I contacted PrizeRebel support and they said that the code was only issued to my account and just recommended me to change my account password on PrizeRebel.

Did anyone else have this happen to them, or is it just me?
