Paytime not giving out cards/responding to emails anymore?

My friend and i, who both started using pay pal this month, redeemed a sub. The email we got about a week ago said that we would be receiving our cards within the next 5 days. When I didn't receive the card, I emailed their support. They normally respond in under a day, but after almost 3 days (which on the email, said that they would respond within the next 72 hours.), i still didn't get any email or communication? I don't know if paytime is a scam, or if me and my friend are having bad luck.
