How to redeem multiple Chipotle free entree coupons?

Last night I won 5 of the free entree coupons from Chipotle (from their NBA finals promotion). I redeemed one of them but have been unable to figure out a way to redeem the rest. Has anyone figured out how? Thanks!

EDIT- I little more info: Everytime I redeem a new coupon, whether it is from a new device or not, I get the same exact QR code. Maybe everyone gets the same QR code?

EDIT2- So it's all linked through the phone number. You can win multiple times but you're just going to get the same QR.
