Has anyone received money from Scratch Day app?

I have $6.25 in Scratch Day app but it needs minimum of $10ro redeem in PayPal but i need some confirmation if the app actually pays?

Also, I need to know whether I will be able to convert the dollars into Rupees in PayPal so that I can use them some where.
