DID I GET A FREE KEURIG?

A few months ago I did a survey for Keurig and they were to send me a free Keurig coffee maker in exchange for an in depth follow up survey. I got the Keurig (very nice I have to say, state of the art, wi-fi and everything). But I never heard anything back from them or received an email or survey. Does anyone else have experience with this? I don't really remember which site I qualified for it on, maybe InstaGC.
