Blockchain XLM Delay

Has anyone had there account fully verified and claim their XLM Airdrop but nothing happen for weeks? I did everything required for the airdrop and got verified yet the XLM has not arrived and it’s been over a month.

I contact blockchain and they have no response and now I feel like I just gave away sensitive information for a scam.
