Problems with Survey Junkie? I put in hours of work to help everyone fix problems within minutes.
I had a problem verifying my account with Survey Junkie once I reached the $10.00 PayPal threshold. I spent hours filling out those tedious surveys. I wanted my money immediately. Frankly, I was mad that there just "happened" to be some ridiculous issue with my account when everything I had was 100% legitimate and verified.
What I DIDN'T do: -submit a support ticket via the site, which is the "only" way of contacting them.
What I DID do: -I looked up the parent company, which is DISQO! -Called DISQO! corporate but couldn't talk to anyone unless I knew their extension. -There was an option to search by last name -Got on LinkedIn and found the entire executive leadership team and another 30+ people that worked there. - I called 20+ people in that office until one answered, working down from CEO -When I got a live rep, I asked if they were a legitimate survey company or a scam because I'd been waiting for weeks to cash out -Rep told me that it would be fixed in 5 minutes after taking down my email -Had my $10.00 in PayPal in 4 minutes (not exaggerating)
I spoke with a project manager at DISQO!. Out of respect for her, I won't post her contact info, but PM me and I can give you the info if you are having issues.
