Problem witch my IP

HI TBN
I have a problem with my ip address ...for some time, my ip has been seen as Proxy / VPN Detected + 90 - High Risk Score



I do not have any VPN or proxy connection ... Why do I have it? Should I report to my supplier?
I can not use many websites through these ip's ...
