Picture Punches site down??

What happened to Picture Punches? Seems like the site got deleted or something. Same goes to Penny Answer, the site got deleted few days ago. For those who don't know, you earn money by posting memes on Picture Punches. On Penny Answer, you get points by answering questions and then redeem money with that point. I've had a few cents on P.Punches and 500+ Points on P.Answer. Sad to see both sites disappear just like that.
