Paytime redemption question

I was about to redeem for the first time on paytime app and I have to select which subscription I want.

If I select a certain subscription, do they send a code for that service or reload the paytime card?

for example if I select apple music, do they put 9.99 on card or send me a month of apple music redemption code?
