Microworkers Paying Out? - Withdraw issue.

Hello, after a long time I decided to withdraw my funds at Microworkers! I have like around $10 there. There's only one problem.... I am not getting the withdraw PIN sent. However, I've contacted them about this and I've got:

" Please provide us with a scanned copy of any one of the documents below for verification purpose so we can expedite the processing of your withdrawal:

- national ID card
- driver license
- Passport

Please ensure your full name is clearly visible on the identification document you will provide. Should these be available, please attach them/it in your response so that we can review. "

- My trouble is; in their FAQ, it doesn't say that I need to prove my identity by id/driver license/passport? Did any of you that use Microworkers have to go through this?
