Issue with prizerebel

Hi! I just joined prizerebel and have earned enough to cash out for a small Amazon gift card. However when I go to cash out it says that I can't do this until I'm a gold level, which as a bronze level is very far away. I've heard of others cashing out before gold level so am I doing something wrong?
