So i've just spoke to paypal, and i figured why my they limited my acc, but that it's not all.
They limited my acc, because i've exceeded the yearly limit fair enough, i send them required documents.
Now that woman on the phone tells me, since you registered your account before you were 18, we can
not help you. And my account is now limited 4 ever, and i have to make a new one.
I made my paypal in 2012 fully verified, and i've used it ever since. Now they threat me like shit. F#cking...
