Survey Junkie apparently has a more efficient way to confirm thyself

An email I got from them:

Please log into your account and go to your My Points page and follow the prompts for redemption. If you still require a phone call, a pop up will appear for you to request a phone call from our team within the next 15 minutes during our office hours of 9am – 6pm PST.

So apparently you need to go to your my points page and they'll give you a prompt, but I dont see it anywhere
