Is Hitleap traffic good to boost your Fiverr gig sales?

Something that I've been wondering:

1) Is boosting your gig with a few hundred views after you launch it helpful for ranking on Fiverr and/or sales?
2) Would Hitleap traffic be good for that? Is a free account sufficient or should I upgrade to a paid one?

I've read somewhere that you should send a few hundred views after you make a gig to boost the rank of it in Fiverr search and/or get it to be recommended to other people. Is it true?
