prolific assistant (complaint)

hello guys over the past month I've noticed that prolific assistant has been quite buggy for me and keeps needing me to log in continuously b4 seeing surveys every few minutes I've reinstalled the extension and I still have this problem if you came across this how did u fix this , it wasn't like this before
