Did I screw up with Lionbridge?

So I got an email with terms and agreement documents for two positions.Signed both questionnaires with the same email.

Will this be considered as applying for two jobs? Which I dont think Lionbridge accepts? Will I get rejected for both because of this?

Kinda freaking out over this cause I really need the money
