Has anybody taken the Rise Of Kingdoms offer on GG2U for $28?

Is this is a scam or no, because I don't want to waste my time on something that won't even credit me. It's the offer about reaching City Hall to level 17 in Rise of Kingdoms: Lost Crusade, and pays 2860 points ($22.80) and you only have 20 days to complete. Also, what happens if you click an offer twice? I accidently did that now I have two offers that are the same? Will I be credited twice, could I get banned?
