Tell us what you hate the most about current secret shopper apps?

We are building the best secret shopper app. We have a strong focus on both Shopper and Business UX and really want to nail down and solve all of the pain points of the existing apps/platforms for secret shopping on the market. Here are some core problems that we identified that Shoppers are facing with their apps today:

1. Slow payout - the time it takes for the money to get to your bank account
2. Confusing instructions - it's easy to make a mistake in the Secret Shopping process and be unqualified for reimbursement on whatever you purchased during your visit
3. Scheduling and Path planning - it takes extra work to plan an efficient path to visit and complete as many orders as possible in the time you have available
4. Mailed cheques - insecure and slow
5. Generally, so many of these companies are super shady from the signup process to lack of customer service
