Appen failed me without taking the exam.

I don't know what is wrong with appen, today morning i got the email that my documents are reviewed and now its time to take the exam to start the work for PROJECT OTTAWA. So i login in the appen connect website and fill all the information like email, aapen id etc.. and after 2 minutes i got the next email says "We regret to inform you that you have failed the project qualification exam, and we will not be able to continue with your qualification process at this time" I mean seriously can anyone please tell me what is happen with this company.
