If you’re having trouble redeeming gift cards through VolKno

For over a week I’ve been attempting to redeem a gift card through the site but it won’t let me. Today I got an email saying this:

Thanks for touching base. Unfortunately we recently had a security breach and someone drained our amazon reward account. We are currently in the process of working with Amazon to identify the person who did this, get the funds returned and implement new security measures to prevent this from happening in the future. We will notify you when this problem has been resolved and you are able to redeem your Flow. In the interim, please keep watching videos and giving feedback. We appreciate your patience and support.
